 | BOOKING: Provisional booking of accommodation should be made by fax or e-mail.
The signed Booking Forms - FORM A & FORM B, and copy of the receipt of the bank transaction, should be received by Italian View Ltd
within three days of the provisional booking.
Only after written confirmation has been sent by the Agent on the Owners behalf will the
booking become valid.
Bookings are valid from 5pm day of arrival to 10am on day of departure (arrival outside
these times is only by previous arrangement).

TERMS OF PAYMENT: The total amount is payable if within 45 days of the start of the rental period, otherwise, a 40% deposit is required and the balance 45 days prior to your arrival. Italian View Ltd. reserves the right to regard the booking as cancelled if the
balance is not received by due date and shall be entitled to retain any deposit paid. |
 | CANCELLATION BY THE CLIENT: The person who signed the Booking Form must make any
cancellation in writing. Cancellation of accommodation will apply from the date of receipt
by the Agent of the written cancellation advice. The following charges will apply:
- More than 45 days prior to arrival date - forfeit of deposit
- 45-30 calendar days prior to arrival date - 50% of total cost
- 30-15 calendar days prior to arrival date - 80% of total cost
- 15 calendar days or less prior to arrival date -100% of total cost

CANCELLATION BY THE OWNER: In the very unlikely event that specific
accommodation ceases to be available as booked and the Agent is unable to offer the Client
acceptable alternative accommodation on behalf of the Owner, the Owner will refund the
Client all the money paid (including the deposit).

ALTERATIONS BY THE CLIENT: If the Client wishes to change the
composition of his or her party, or to alter any arrangements pertaining to accommodation,
or any other arrangements undertaken on their behalf by the Agent following the dispatch
of the final invoice, a fee of £25 per alteration will be charged to cover costs
incurred. This does not apply to alterations caused by published changes to flight
schedules and timings.

 | PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE: We
strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
The Agent cannot accept any responsibility in the event that the Client has failed to
arrange travel insurance.

COMPLAINTS: It should be noted
that the Agent is acting only to arrange the booking on behalf of the Owner, and does not accept responsibility for the accommodation. Nonetheless, the Agent has personally
inspected the accommodation and facilities. The Agent will do its best to help resolve any
justifiable complaints regarding the accommodation by the Client. However, it is the
Client's responsibility to take the complaint up with the Owner if the Agent is
unable to resolve the matter. Disputes arising out of, or in connection with the
accommodation, which cannot be amicably settled, must be taken up with the Owner. |

DAMAGE DEPOSIT Where a damage deposit is required, it will be held by the owner until the end of
the holiday. It will then be refunded in full, unless there are agreed costs to be
deducted or damages to be compensated. Otherwise, should any of the equipment or
furnishings in the accommodation being occupied by the Client be lost or damaged the
Client will be required to make immediate cash settlement with the Owner, for any
necessary replacement or repair.
This contract shall be governed by English law in every
particulars including formation and interpretation. Any proceedings arising out of or in
connection with this contract may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in
England.
